How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
We aim to process all orders same day ready for both domestic and international shipping. The bulk of our items are dispatched from our warehouse in Egypt and typically would take 2-5 days for domestic delivery and 7-10 days for international delivery, depending on your location.
As delivery times may vary between items, please see specific product pages for information on shipping times. Certain products may take slightly longer to be delivered.
What Kind of Shipping Times Can I Expect In My Location?
U.S.A. & Canada 7 – 10 days insured shipping and handling.
Egypt. 2 – 5 days insured shipping and handling.
Rest of the world 7 – 14 days insured shipping and handling.
How Do I Track My Order?
For international shipments, we ship via DHL , FEDEX , TNT or EMS depending on your location.Tracking numbers will automatically be sent to you within 3 days of dispatch.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control, such as customs delays or problems with your local postal services. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds 2 weeks please email us directly at email@example.com or send us a message via the contact us form and we will do all we can help.
How Do I Return My Item?
We sincerely hope that you will fall totally in love with your Lizzy Crafts purchase and be 100% satisfied, however here’s our returns policy in case if you wish to return your item.
If you receive a faulty item please contact Customer Service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number and ideally a photograph of the faulty product in advance of posting the item. You may also contact us through Facebook or Instagram.
Once we receive your request we will issue a refund if your request sent within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Unfortunately we cannot accept returns requested more than 2 days after delivery.Please note, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost incurred in getting the product to you and the cost of shipping returns will also not be covered at this time.
Which items i can not return ?
We will be unable to return your item if you provided wrong information such as ; wrong sizes , wrong color or any kind of incorrect details about your item like a ring size or a chain type , size.
We will be unable to refund you if you have not read the product description properly , we include every detail about the product in the item description with as much images as possible to help you find the right product for you.
When Will My Item Be Refunded?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original bank of payment, which usually takes 5-7 days to apply due to payment processing by third parties.
What If I Have Not Yet Received My Refund?
Please check with your bank, paypal or credit card company regarding the refund amount as your refund may be being processed by your payment provider.
Customers are presently responsible for paying shipping costs for returns, however exceptions may occur, please contact us and we’ll let you know.
