2- Personal information we collect :
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address and time zone.Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. 5- How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you make a purchase, we retain your billing information and order details for at least 1 year – for accounting purposes.

How we process your request ?
Once you send as a request through our contact form to provide a file of your personal data we will send you an e-mail within 24 hrs with a link to verify and confirm that it is you and once confirmed , we will send you a zip file of the data we hold about you.Also if you request to erase your personal information from our database we will do the same process but keep in mind that once we erase your personal info from our database we will be unable to recover them again.
On top of that, we recommend to follow these guidelines:
Limit the Information that You Provide e.g. don’t enter unnecessary personal data in the comments or contact form messages.
